Prior to establishing afl Solicitors, our principal was a partner in and head of banking and asset finance at a large regional law firm. She recognised the demand for clients seeking specialist legal advice to have a more cost-effective and flexible solution to their needs, without compromising on industry experience or knowledge. With this in mind, afl Solicitors was established and has grown from strength to strength ever since.
We act for a number of leading asset financiers and consumer credit providers throughout the UK. Among the clients for whom we act include finance house subsidiaries of UK banks, captive leasing companies and independent finance companies (including subsidiaries of multi-nationals).
